Electric-compressor safe procedures and the correct non-conductive oil, for cooling, heating and heat-pump faults.
Why it's different
Electric compressors need non-conductive oil and EV-safe procedures. Using the wrong oil can damage the compressor and the high-voltage system. We follow the correct procedure for your vehicle and confirm your refrigerant type before any work.
Heat-pump systems also provide cabin heating, so a heating complaint can be a refrigeration fault.
Pricing
Servicing is priced by refrigerant type: R134a base £90 · mobile from £95; R1234yf base £140 · mobile from £150; R744 CO₂ base £160 · mobile from £160. Heat-pump faults are diagnosed and quoted. Not every electric vehicle uses R744 — we'll confirm yours.
