Why aren't you the cheapest?

Because we test before we charge a system, use the correct oil and measured refrigerant quantities, and won't top up a system we know is leaking. It costs a little more up front and usually saves paying twice.

How long does a service take?

Most A/C services take 20–45 minutes. Diagnosis and repairs take longer, and we'll tell you how long when we confirm your booking.

Do you come to my home or work?

Yes, across South East London, East London and selected Kent and Essex towns. A travel fee may apply outside our core area.

Do you guarantee the refrigerant?

Accepted Answer

No. A/C systems can develop a new leak at any time, so no one can honestly guarantee refrigerant will stay in. That's exactly why we test the system before charging it, and won't knowingly fill one that's leaking. If your A/C loses performance after a service, contact us and we'll advise on the next step.

How often should my A/C be serviced?

Accepted Answer

Only when it needs it. If your A/C is cooling well and clearing the windscreen properly, leave it alone. We don't recommend opening a healthy, sealed system on a fixed schedule. Book in when it stops cooling or demisting as it should.
